Candidates are selected from Gold Leadership Distinction Award (LDA) recipients. All Gold LDA winners will be in with a chance of representing Macra abroad.

Ulster Young Farmers - YFCU: 2 Macra members were nvited to their Annual Conference – Stephen McArdle, Monaghan attended on 15th-16th April 2011

English Young Farmers - NFYFC: Macra was invited to send 2 people to their Annual Convention on 6-8 May 2011.

Welsh Young Farmers - WFYFC: Macra is invited to send 2 people to the Royal Welsh Show – July Scottish Young Farmers - SAYFC: Macra is invited to send 2 people to their AGM – November.
