ICOS is providing a two day mart director training course in the Killeshin Hotel, Portlaoise in late January – dates to be confirmed.

Modules covered include: Leadership and strategy for mart directors, Property Services Regulatory Authority implications for marts, Global and national sheep and beef outlook, financial accounting for co-op marts, Corporate governance and mart director’s role and responsibilities.

The cost per attendee is €100 to cover meals and external speaker’s costs and is being part funded by the ICOS Skillnet programme.
