This Saturday night January 28th Seandun Macra will host the second round of the Macra na Feirme Senior Debating competition. The debates on the night are between Mitchelstown and Donoughmore (‘The Irish Rail Network Should Be Privatised’) and Midleton and Knockraha (‘That Historical Commemorations Have No Place in Sport’). The first debate is due to get underway at 8pm in the Glounthaune Parish Centre. A great night’s entertainment is guaranteed and all are welcome to see the teams battle it out for a place in the National Quarter-Final stage of the Senior Debating competition.
